What is coaching?

Coaching is a confidential solution-focused approach which identifies the goals the client wants to achieve and sets a step-by-step process/plan to enable and empower the client to achieve those goals.

What is the coach’s role?

My role is to help you to move from vague idea and wants to clear attainable goals and then to work with you to achieve those goals.

How long are sessions?

Each session is one hour. Session duration can be lengthened pending on the clients requirements. Clients can opt for intensive sessions which are two to three hours. Client are encouraged to meet their coach for the first consultation however follow-up sessions can be conducted over the phone.

The coaching session options are:

  • Face to Face coaching session (1 hour).
  • Telephone Coaching (as an adjunct to face-to-face coaching).
  • An intensive session ( 2/3 hours).

How often will I need to meet?

I encourage my clients to commit to meeting every two or three weeks to review how they are getting on in implementing the action plan. This time period is ideal as it provides the right amount of time to implement the changes and ensures that each session is moving the client closer to the objectives/goal that was set by the client while maintaining and sustaining the clients motivation.

How many session will I require?

Coaching is tailored to each client and the number of sessions will vary from person to person, however the average number of sessions required will be four to six.
