What is the course about?

Work-related stress is endemic in most Irish Organisations, with managers struggling to understand how to manage this multi-dynamic burden. What managers need to learn is that to prevent and manage stress in the workplace one must first understand what work related stress is, what the organisational causal factors are, and how to conduct a stress audit before they can be proactive in managing and preventing the causal factors of work-related stress from escalating.

This workshop is to give managers the practical tools to alleviate, manage and prevent the impact of stress in the workplace. The workshop reflects the Health and Safety Authority recommendation on how best to manage work place stress.
