All work places are exposed to stress and conflict; however, the outcome for an organisation and its employees is dependent on how the situation is managed. If we do not understand what we are dealing with it is only natural that the situation is not best managed. This creates a further deepening of the conflict, resulting in poor performance, legal costs, and unnecessary employee turnover.
This training de-mystifies what is meant by workplace stress and conflict. In so doing it provides managers with the knowledge and understanding to implement the right processes to manage the situation and unravel the issue so it can be best resolved. After this training, managers will be able to design and implement systems to deliver a workplace that is performing to its full capacity.
The course is suitable for managers and H.R personnel who are responsible for implementing workplace policy and procedures and creating a proactive and productive workplace.
