We all know that successful time management is key to business success and from time-to-time we all need to reassess and relearn this tool. This course will support participants to review their working style and assess where, how and what time management tools they can implement to sustain and improve their work output. The course gets participants to plan ahead, prioritise working tasks, set timelines, maintain a sustained work focus and manage meetings.
The aim of the course is to provide participants with the personal tools and techniques to ensure they are using the time they have more effectively.
The course is suitable for all members of the workforce. The training will enable individuals to understand the importance of managing their time thus sustaining job performance and decreasing the risk of job stress.
This course is delivered over one full day. Follow-up coaching group or one-to-one sessions are available to supports participants to actively implement the learning.
