What is the course about?

We all know that successful time management is key to business success and from time-to-time we all need to reassess and relearn this tool. This course will support participants to review their working style and assess where, how and what time management tools they can implement to sustain and improve their work output. The course is suitable for all members of the workforce. The training will enable individuals to understand the importance of managing their time thus sustaining job performance and decreasing the risk of job stress.

How Long is the course?

This course is delivered over one full day. Follow-up coaching group or one-to-one sessions are available to supports participants to actively implement the learning.
