What is the course about?

The aim of the course is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to recognise the effects of stress in themselves and to have a wide variety of practical techniques they can use to eliminate, reduce and cope with stress.

  • Exploring the role of diet, exercise, mental health and lifestyle to sustain work performance and resilience.
  • Exploring and practicing stress reducing techniques.
