Having a Work life balance sustains work performing and enhances a person’s sense of wellbeing and health. However, it can be harder to achieve and take onboard than we think. This workshop gets people to review where they are, what changes they need to make and then empowers them to put those changes into action. In a nut shell, the training gets people to think and act and puts them back on track to improved wellbeing and work enjoyment.
The workshop is delivered over half a day and can be integrated into an overall in-house training programme.
This seminar is open to all employees at all levels within an organization, who want to refocus or get their work life balance back on track.
